Our Amazon KDP publishing services handle the hands-on work of getting your book live on Kindle Direct Publishing. We set up your account, prepare each format, complete the listing and check every preview, so your book is published in your own KDP account with nothing left to chance.
KDP is free to use, but it is strict about files and details. A cover that does not match the page count, a missing tax detail or a category chosen in a hurry can delay publication or limit who finds the book. We handle the setup while you stay the owner. For everything Amazon-related, see our Amazon book publishing services.

How to choose a Kindle Direct Publishing professional
Whoever you hire should work inside your account, never ask for your password, explain each choice and avoid promising rankings or sales. Check that you will keep every file and every royalty, and that the price is fixed before work begins. We work through account invites and team access, which you can remove at any time.
What you need before you upload
Before the first upload, gather the finished manuscript, the cover files, your book description, keywords and categories, a price and your decision on an ISBN. KDP can assign a free ISBN for print, but you then cannot use that ISBN elsewhere, so we explain the trade-off first. We also check that the manuscript is formatted for each format, because errors in the file are the most common reason for slow review.
Print and eBook together
Publishing both formats under one listing lets readers choose, and it makes the book look more established. The files are different: an eBook reflows to fit any screen, while a paperback has a fixed page size, margins and a spine. We prepare each properly and link the formats so reviews and rankings are shared.
Tax details and payments
KDP asks for tax and payment details before it will pay you. We can explain what each field means and where to find the official guidance, but we do not give tax advice, and you should talk to a qualified adviser about your own position. Your payments go directly from Amazon to you.
After you publish: the first checks
Once the book is live, we check the book page on each device, test the sample, read the look inside and order a proof or author copy to see the printed result. We also confirm that your Author Central page shows the book and that links in the eBook work.
Publishing under a pen name or a company name
You can publish under a pen name, and KDP asks for your real name only in the private account and tax sections. If you plan several pen names, we help you keep each one tidy, with its own author page, style and mailing list. If you publish through a company, the account details must match the legal entity. We explain how to set up each case so your payments and records are correct from the first book.
Questions about Amazon KDP publishing
Is KDP free to use?
There is no charge to publish on KDP. Amazon takes its share of each sale, and print copies carry a printing cost that comes out of the royalty. Amazon sets these terms and they can change.
Do I need a business to publish on KDP?
You can begin as an individual. Your tax details depend on where you live, and we do not give tax advice. Amazon’s tax interview guides you through what it needs.
Can I publish a Kindle eBook and a paperback together?
Yes. Each format needs its own files, and we prepare them together so the editions match and link on the same book page.
How long does it take to go live?
Once your files and details are final, setup takes us a few days. Amazon then reviews each title, which commonly takes a short time but can take longer.
Can I update my book after it is published?
Yes. You can replace files and change details at any time, and changes go through Amazon’s review.
Do I need an ISBN for Kindle?
No. Amazon gives eBooks an identifier called an ASIN. An ISBN is optional for eBooks and recommended if you sell beyond Amazon. See ISBN and copyright.
Who owns my book on KDP?
You do. You keep your rights, and KDP gives Amazon the permission it needs to sell the book. You can unpublish at any time.
How long does KDP review take?
Amazon usually reviews new books within a short time, but it can take longer. We build a buffer into your launch plan.
Can you publish for me without taking my rights?
Yes. We prepare and upload your files, but the account, the listing and the rights stay with you. That is how every project works with us.
Can I publish in more than one language?
Yes. Each language edition is a separate book with its own files, cover text and listing. We help you set up each one properly and link them where possible.
