Our book publishing services take you from a finished manuscript to a published book in print, eBook and audio. We handle the practical work between writing and selling: preparing files, assigning ISBNs, setting up retailer accounts and planning the launch, so your book is ready for readers and stays in your name.
Choose only the services you need below, or ask for a full plan. You approve every file before it moves on, and the published book stays in your name and your accounts.

What our book publishing services include
Publishing is a sequence of stages, and each depends on the one before it. Your manuscript is edited, then designed and formatted for each format, then given its ISBN and copyright details, then uploaded to retailer accounts with a description, categories and keywords. A launch plan follows, so the book does not go live in silence.
You do not have to buy every stage. If your manuscript is already edited, we start at design. If it is already designed, we can handle the uploads and the launch. Our publishing process shows each stage and what we need from you.
One book, every format
Your book can be published as a paperback, hardcover, eBook or audiobook, and each format has its own file, cover and ISBN requirements. Tell us which formats you want and we prepare each one correctly, so nothing is rejected at upload.
Planning to sell mainly on Amazon? See our Amazon publishing services. Want your book in more stores and libraries? See our book distribution services. If the manuscript or cover still needs work first, start with professional book editing or book design.
How long does it take to publish a book?
Publishing an edited manuscript usually takes four to eight weeks. Writing, ghostwriting or heavy editing adds time, depending on word count and the level of work. Your quote lists the timeline for every stage, and your project manager tells you straight away if anything needs to move.
Self-publishing, traditional publishing and our approach
A traditional publisher usually pays an advance, keeps most of the income and often the rights. A vanity press charges a fee and may keep the rights as well. Self-publishing with professional help is different: you choose and pay for the services you need, you stay the owner of the book, and everything it earns belongs to you. That is the model behind our services. If you are comparing costs, see our book publishing packages or request a free quote.
How to decide between publishing routes
Authors usually choose between traditional publishing, self-publishing and hybrid models. Traditional publishers pay an advance or royalties and handle production, but they choose the books, hold many of the rights and move slowly. Self-publishing gives you control and a larger share of the income, with the responsibility for quality and marketing. Hybrid models share the cost and the work in different ways, and their terms vary widely. We explain the trade-offs, tell you what to ask any provider and help you pick a route that fits your goals.
What a good publishing contract protects
Whatever route you choose, read the contract carefully. Check who owns the rights, how long the agreement lasts, how royalties are calculated and paid, and what happens if you want to end it. Be cautious of any offer that asks for exclusive rights without a clear end, charges for services you did not ask for or promises results it cannot control. Our own agreements keep your rights, your royalties and your accounts with you, and we put every price in writing before work starts.
Planning your publishing timeline
A publishing timeline works backwards from the date you want the book in readers’ hands. Editing, design, proofing, file preparation and store review each need time, and each depends on the stage before it. Pre-orders, launch promotions and reader copies also need preparation. We set a realistic schedule with dates for each approval, so you can plan your launch around real milestones, and we tell you early if any step is likely to slip.
Questions about book publishing services
How much do book publishing services cost?
The cost depends on your word count, genre, formats and the services you need. Tell us about your book and we send a free, itemised quote within one business day, with a fixed price before any work starts.
Do I need an ISBN to publish my book?
Print books need an ISBN to be sold through bookstores and most distributors, and some eBook platforms ask for one too. We recommend buying your own so you are listed as the publisher, and we guide you through it. Free platform ISBNs are an option, and we explain the trade-offs first.
Can I publish print, eBook and audiobook together?
Yes. Each format needs its own files, but we can prepare them together so the formats go live in a planned order and the details match.
Who is the publisher of record?
If you buy your own ISBNs, you are. We do not publish under our own imprint or take any rights in your book.
Can you help if my book is already self-published?
Yes. We can fix files, update covers, correct listings or add new formats and stores to a book that is already live.
Do you take any rights to my book?
No. You keep all rights, and you hold the accounts where the book is sold.
Can I publish only some formats?
Yes. You can start with an eBook and add print or audio later.
How do I know my book is ready to publish?
We check the manuscript, cover, files and listing against a checklist before anything goes live, and you approve each step.
Can I change my plan after the project starts?
Yes. You can add or remove services, and we explain the effect on schedule and price before we proceed.
